| Dear Friends of Vandebilt, We are in the process of beginning some long awaited renovations to our baseball facility. We have a vision that will really make our field a special place to play on for our kids. I would like to invite your company to assist us in the completion of our goal that involves our new advertising program that will reach thousands of South Louisiana residents annually. Our new advertising program will focus on leasing ad signs to be displayed on the inside of our outfield fence on the baseball field, as well as along the back of the football stadium bleachers along the entrance of the baseball complex. This advertisement will resemble exactly the signage on the outside of our baseball diamond which are eight feet by twenty feet. The signs will be professionally done and will be displayed throughout the baseball season. Included in the purchase of the sign, your company will receive an add in our new team media guide that will be sold to everyone who comes through our gates. Also, your business will be promoted by our announcer in between innings and during our annual tournament. The revenue generated from a successful sign campaign will be our main budget to make our vision a reality. With our current limited annual budget, our renovations would not be possible. Our coaches and players of Vandebilt teams of today and the future would like to thank you in advance for your support.
